Contribuisci feedbackThe food is wonderful but the service is terrible. They never open at their posted times and the workers always have an attitude as if they don’t want to be there. Them opening whenever they feel like it has been a constant issue for months. They need new management, new workers, or to just shut down completely.
Tried to order the chorizo wrap but they said that they don’t do it anymore but I ordered it yesterday and it is still on the website Upon walking in the door the store looks closed the lights are off and staff is sitting in the back just staring at you and not getting up and taking an order. The staff is very rude and only want to serve who they want to. Paid for a meal and only got the sandwich not worth the $15 I spent here. It’s only convenient because it’s on base but now I’ll be gladly to drive to the north side of Columbus just for better service
I am disappointed to have to rate this establishment so low. The food is good and the smoothies are refreshing. The big issue is the staff. They are very unenthusiastic to assist you and on two separate occasions now they told me they were closed during their normal hours of operation and refused to serve me. But shortly after they provided food to a driver for a delivery service and stated they are only doing delivery service orders. On top of that my most recent order’s presentation was wildly different from other visits recently. The employees clearly don’t want to work their and are just collecting a pay check.
They don't open on their posted online time and they move slow when they finally do open. Don't go there when you need to be somewhere by a specific time
Always a 20-25 min wait even for just 1 smoothie. First few times I figured it was just bad timing but I now know this is a norm here…smh
