Subway - Fort Wright

Went here for lunch today and would never go back we ordered on line because didn't have time to wait and when i say we I mean 2 sandwiches and we got there and our food wasn't ready there was 4 people in line and one worker she said she had to clear the store before making our on line order that was placed 20 min prior. Then when we was eating inside the worker pulled her phone out and propped it up on the sandwich making line and was talking on phone a customer came in and she asked them to wait cause she was on the phone this was the worst and ruddest customer service I've ever received at a subway they should be embarrassed.. not to mention there was no washing of her hands between touching her phone and food or glove changes..

Got home, opened my sandwich, and a fruit fly was crawling up the entirety of my sub.

Very nice subway. Great food with fresh ingredients. The staffs are very friendly.
