Mcdonald's - Galena Park

I spent almost 40.00 they gave me cold fries. I ask them to give me more the manager took the fries and then come back with hot fries bur cold at the bottom. Done with all Mc Donald won't get my money anymore

Why does this McDonalds state it’s 24 hours when you drive up on the days it’s supposed to be 24 hours NO ONE ANSWERS THE DRIVE THROUGH, very weird…there are literally employees cars in the parking lot as well, so idk ??‍

After living in Jacinto city for almost 3 years had to move here for work) I’ve realized something when it comes to fast food in this part of town: go before 3 pm… before the kids clock in. All the grown ups are working the lunch shift usually from open to 2 or 3pm) and they always do a great job. However, the kiddos clock in once they are released from daycare. Sorry, I mean “high school”. Lmaoooo. Nah, day care is the right words for the way these kids behave these days.Anyway, all the high schoolers work after 4 or 4 so expect cold and wrong food orders. Came here on a Friday night at 6 pm. You know, prime time. I placed a simple order. Double cheeseburger with no ketchup and a medium fry. They forgot to put onions and mustard on the burger. They basically gave me a premade plain cheese burger that was sitting on the counter for who knows how long. I also ordered a medium fries and it was barely filled up with cold, soggy French fries. Would’ve passed for a small…maybe.If children really are the future…then we are all doomed ?Attention little kids: just because you don’t like your job doesn’t give you an excuse to do it badly. Just quit.

1/4/24 2:45pm-3:15pm... If they're going to have new employees run the drive-thru, at least COMPLETELY train them to do simple card transactions! The young man at drive-thru acted like he didn't know how to insert a card! Had to park my car, walk inside and do the transaction myself! Also this location needs more diversity...and equal opportunity for older workers.

Horrible service. Rude as hell. Will NEVER EVER go to this location again.
