Williams Fried Chicken - Garland

I ordered the liver and gizzards for delivery, but I didn't receive the liver. The gizzards I got were really unpleasant. Also, be careful because the Uber Eats menu doubles the price of sides when you order them. This place used to be good. Food rating: 1/5.

We were looking forward to visiting a Williams, but unfortunately, this one didn't meet our expectations. We weren't offered any water, and the chicken was very bland. The staff also got our order mixed up; while it wasn't a huge issue for us, they seemed a bit defensive when we brought it up. We probably won't return. Food rating: 1/5.

I ordered all white meat and paid $38 for it, but when I got home, I found two legs in my order. I paid a premium for white meat and ended up with dark meat instead. I won't be returning.

The fried chicken and side dishes are better than Church’s. However, like Church’s the prices are on the high side for establishments that are predominantly drive through only (only seen one dine in). Take out boxes for large quantities orders are way to thin (especially at these prices) and quickly become soggy and useless.

Expensive nowadays. but still delicious. count your pieces. i caught him putting 15 pieces instead of 20. also if paying credit card, check if charges u twice.... from experienceFood: 5/5
