Subway - Gimli

Seems that in order to work here you must be a smoker. Staff needs to get cleaned up and look a little more presentable. Manager (presumption) was in the eating area of the restaurant with his foot on the chair possibly resting, not the place for that.

Manager standi g outside smoking while people are watching. Was not impressed. The tables were all dirty and messy.

Staff were certain to get out on their smoke breaks. At one point there were no employee's in the restaraunt while I munched on my sub. busy smoking and I didn't see anyone wash their hands after they came back. I love subway however I would be leary to eat there again if I saw the same two employees on duty while I visited.

Typical Subway food. It had closed early when we arrived several times this spring & early summer. Check out the MB Health Inspectors report May 2016 avail online. Expect this was resolved in a timely manner. Hope so - we liked to pop in for a quick bite.

Were checking out our new Beach house construction site on Lake Winnipeg and my wife picked up lunch as we were trimming tons of trees and were hungry. Nice to have a Subway in the town of Gimli!
