Black Angus Steakhouse - Glendale

We enjoyed a most happy birthday dinner and celebration with our family. We cannot say enough about the service provided by Deanna. She was always there when needed and kept tabs on the progress of our food from the kitchen all with a smile. The food was tasty and prepared just as ordered by the kitchen staff. The celebration package $10) offered by the restaurant was a hit for the birthday boy and the rest of the family. We are looking forward to a return visit soon.

Our server was excellent. She made our birthday (2) celebration perfect. We had two filets which were excellent. One prime rib was just ok and my husband ordered lamb chops which he said were tough. A little disappointed in the lamb. Our server brought extra bread and made the birthday cookies special. I had paid extra for the experience which included a card, balloons with a cowbell, and a huge cookie with ice cream for each of our sons who were celebrating birthdays on June 1 and June 3rd. I had a glass of merlot which was excellent as was my filet and baked potato. Good value for the price.

Horrible customer service! Not only did it take me almost 2 1/2 hours to eat and wait to pay the waitress charged my credit card inaccurately and my card is frozen for use until it clears due to concerns with fraud.

Ordered prime rib, was tough, both wifes and mine. Did not know that we could have returned it based on being too tough. Would have to have ordered something else in its place because meat was already cooked. will know next time we visit.

For the first time the prime rib was very fatty, and had a lot of grissle. that has never happened before, it;s always been tender, and delicious. it tasted good, just was'nt that much left after fat, and grissle went away.
