Steffens Cafe - Goslar

Great traditional waffle here. Could tell it was home made and fresh

I waited 1 hour and 48 minutes, the food was good, but the service was really bad. They don't warn you about the waiting time and they actually just don't care. I'm not visiting this place again.

Very pleasant cafe, reasonable prices, excellent place to spend twenty minutes or so waiting for a bus (the bus stop is perhaps 20 yards away). Good range of coffees, cakes, pastries and biscuits. No attempt to try to make you hurry up to leave your table. Popular with locals and dog-friendly. Only downside is limited space inside if it is raining.

Always delicious, especially in september (Pfifferling season).

The hotel restaurant steffens is centrally located in hahnenklee. we did not live there, this review only refers to the restaurant. it is a spatially generous place that also offers for private solemnities. I felt the space as something impersonal. when I think of the restaurant, the conceptual “orderly” pushes me: neatly salty, clean food quality, neatly acting personal, ordinary bourgeois prices. was very tidy that you were given a little dessert to each court. overall a recommended, but not necessarily euphorically correcting local.
