Decent hotel for short stays in Goverdhan. But their staff is very clever. They told us that per room costs 1000. But their receipt is for 800 only. They keep extra money in their pocket.. I’ve been to Vrindawan for 3 days and this Dharamshala is near prem mandir. Staff was very unprofessional. Rooms were dirty. AC was not working properly. Their water coolers are not even working. Staff is very unprofessional. Bedsheets were so unhygienic and pillow covers were dirty. We asked the staff to change them even after changing they were smelly like anything. Their charger socket is also not working. The boy who sits on counter is very unprofessional and rude. They don’t value their customer. Also room geyser was also not working. It was my worst experience with this Dharamshala.
