Who had misunderstood the order had misunderstood one and when we brought him to their attention they were very polite and apologetic. they have quickly correctly re-created the order and the manager made sure we were satisfied.

I give a high rating for Ann/Anne in the laufwerk thru. She is the first worker who smiles with me and is completely professional. other workers welcome me what they want. I guess that smiled and how real she was. I would welcome it if the people who make food are in a position.

That was great. the service was fast. the personal is friendly.

At this location they don 't cook/prepare the food In front of you. I enjoyed watching my food made, and felt like this kept quality up as well. Call me spoiled but I knew how I wanted my food. Being able to tell them oh just a couple olives or more lettuce please made the food way better. I will go to other pepper jax but I won 't be returning to this location.
