Grandover Resort Conference Center

First, we wasn't told that check in would be well after 4pm. Front desk wasn't very helpful they didn't explain check in policies until after we got there and did not explain anything to us.. they took extra money from us 150... calling it incidental charges, did not return it. We are still trying to get that fixed.. otherwise the staff was friendly, we enjoyed the spa and meditation room. The grounds were Beautiful. The only complaint was with front desk.

The shower water kept shutting off and starting back again. Other than this, no complaints whatsoever!! Beautiful hotel , staff friendly and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Rooms not ready until after checkin, had to wait in a long line at the front desk to be told we would “maybe” get a call when a room was ready. Front desk staff was not apologetic about not being able to check into a 4 star hotel until after 6. Had to cancel dinner resos and order room service to make it to concert on time. I get they were booked out the night before but it’s a 4 star hotel, I’d hope that’s the goal. Phone in the room didn’t work to call so had to use cell to get patched through to room service. Food was mediocre.

Not all it's made out 2 be alot money for what seems like regular stuff

New Year’s Eve was awesome here. The things included in the package was excellent. I hope to go back next year
