Two sandwiches and coffee for lunch. The Turkish sandwich came on a Ciabatta roll (picked like a Costco bunge). A very small piece of turkey on a dry bungalow... not great. Also had an Asian Sesam Veggie Wrap ... small, tasteless and stale tomato pack. Neither...sandwich tasted fresh. A label that clearly identifies the packaging said this had 299 calories. I was later confused when I checked the nutritional information of the La Prep website that the sandwich was not listed. Calories for all items on the list ended in a 0 and a few ended in 5. No one ended in other numbers. I guess the franchise only makes numbers. I didn't expect a gourmet meal, but that was bad, also by Mall Food Standards. Two small sandwiches and a coffee were just shy. Better go to one of a number of other options in the food dish.
La Prep definitely brings me back to my university days when I was too broke to afford lunch there but it was my only option at school.
Over a year ago, the company that employs me changed office locationsMy colleagues and I decided to check out restaurants around the area.
I came here for lunch today as I was working in the area; this La Prep location is in a small plaza with Subway and another store that sells pitas I
