Wasn't aware hot and ready meant that you had to wait 20 to 30 minutes. Novel concept to maybe have some pizza ready since that's what you advertise.

Tried to call in my order before arriving to pick up my order but no one answered the phone but when I get there I placed my order it still took over 30 minutes to get my order?

There was a mosquito in my pizza and I almost took a bite out of it this is gross??
