That's my Venti drink when I didn't ask for any ice. I was so easy from the disregard that I returned the drink for a refund. I drove 2 miles further to san jacinto ca to get my drink with good service properly made.

They work very fast, and we didn't have to wait long. the only thing I would say is maybe more smile. they look very mean and not professional. but it doesn't play a role.

I stood at the cash register ready to order the ladies in their looked at meand walked by. Not one said hello or we will be right with you. Funny thing is I had a huge coffee order to put in guess I will get it from a donut shop.
