My father and I came to try some egg shots and a double shot, and we immediately felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. CJ, Ashlyn, and Joey were all so friendly and worked together seamlessly to take our order. They were eager to help us and even thanked us for choosing to dine at their establishment. We truly felt like part of their restaurant family. This was one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Frauteresa is just as amazing as her staff. We can't wait to come back and enjoy some more treats from this place. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for delicious treats to try.

My mom and I visited the Hendersonville TN location and had a great experience. When we first walked in, we were greeted with the delightful smell of waffle cones. We were able to enjoy our ice cream in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The customer service at this restaurant is consistently excellent. I don't know his name, but the larger male employee with curly hair consistently goes above and beyond and is always very kind.

Great. the service was amazing, and always is! honestly, I will be here only for ice or shaking. it seems that this is the only place that they get a good service. the workers here really care about their job, and it shows. So I challenge everyone who visits this place to show their appreciation for good service, and take the time to leave a good review, leave a good tip! everyone sometimes has to feel appreciated and how the world is today, forget how important it is to have a good service from our food industry. it is a hard job and they do it here!

Always come here and it's delightful! The staff is so sweet and friendly. I always get the caramel cappuccino blast, it's so good!
