Trullo D’oro - Hicksville

The entire experience was great. It is a family owned restaurant that puts their heart and sole into their food and care for their customers. The food was excellent including the homemade cherry Gelato. Ask for Gino when you get there. First time there and will be coming back in the future.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Trullo D’Oro with three generations at the table, and everyone had a fantastic time. The owner, who previously worked at La Caravella, and the staff made us feel truly welcome, as if we were guests in their own home. The food was exquisite, with plenty of delicious vegetarian options available. We also appreciated the generous pours of wine. The atmosphere was cozy, elegant, and relaxing. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I had dinner at Trullo D'Oro for the first time last night with my parents, and we can't wait to return! The food was fantastic, from the baked clams to the carbonara pasta—everyone enjoyed their meal. What truly set this restaurant apart as one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, beyond the delicious food, was the wonderful owner, Gino. He made us feel like we were guests in his home. I can't recommend Trullo D'Oro highly enough!

We went to Trullo D'Oro on mother's day and had a truly delicious dinner. This restaurant used to be LA Caravella and to my delight had the same owners! Gino and his wife took good care of us and the grandkids. There are vegetarian options with homemade pasta, food for the kids and many delicious options for the adults. Delicious dessert topped off the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Had dinner with 2 friends. Everything about the restaurant was terrific. The food was wonderful and felt like I was in Italy. I am not so easy to please but I absolutely recommend this restaurant. The owner puts his heart and sole into his restaurant and is a great host. I have never met him before so I am being straight forward about my recommendation.
