Let's forget about everything, throw away all distracting thoughts, indulge in our desires, and devour oysters to our heart's content. This place is where you can do just that. There's no need to hold back. Upon entering, you pay a seating fee of ¥300 and are then led to a charcoal grill where you can purchase your favorite ingredients. A metal plate separates your grill from the adjacent one. When grilling oysters, make sure to position the side with the opening diagonally towards you. This will prevent the hot juice from splattering sideways and potentially causing burns to others. The oysters on the grill are half-opened, and once you carefully remove the shell and muscle with a knife, plump oysters are revealed. Personally, the raw Beniten oyster had a sweet and deeply impressive taste. It truly lived up to the reputation of Akkeshi's shiitake mushrooms. Grilling the large and meaty oysters simply was also extremely delicious. The style of choosing your favorite item and grilling it was easy and all the flavors were good.
バケツ牡蛎10個入り1600円を3バケツ頂きました。バケツごと蒸して、お好みで網で焼くことも出来ます。少し大きいサイズで7個入り1600円というのもあります。 他に単品の牡蛎や海産物、肉系の串焼きもあり、好きな量で楽しめます。 スタッフの方も気持ちのいい接客をして下さりありがとうございます。 美味しくて楽しくて大満足です!
関東からマイカーで真冬の北海道を旅してる最中に訪問。 前日のホテルで熟睡できず、睡眠不足で仮眠のため、道の駅に寄った。 90分程仮眠をし、お昼近くもあり腹が減ったので、道の駅の中をブラブラしてたら、たまたま炙屋さんがあった。 もちろんここの存在は知っていたが、Youtubeで見た時は行列の出来る店だったが、平日ということもあり、お客は私一人だったので、ここがホントに炙屋か?と疑った。 牡蠣はプリプリでとても美味しく、しかも安い。 関東の知人へクール便で発送。 2日後の午前中に到着していた。 ここは先ずレジでステンレス容器をもらって、それに好きな物を入れ バイキング方式 、レジへ持って行き精算。 精算後、焼き場へ案内される。 生牡蠣は焼き場で注文する。
