Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Houma

I had the worst service I've ever experienced. I waited 25 minutes for an online order that I placed 15 minutes before arriving. I won’t be going back again.

This is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. The line was incredibly long and hardly moved at all. They served us leftover pieces of chicken and completely forgot our side dish. I definitely do not recommend coming here.

The service was incredibly disappointing! The staff member who took my order was extremely rude and made me repeat my order three times! If someone is unhappy in their job, perhaps they should consider a different line of work!

At 9:30 PM, a polite young woman informed me that wings were unavailable that night and that spicy chicken would take an additional 15 minutes. I requested mild chicken without wings if that was quicker. She sincerely apologized and asked me to wait a bit longer to make room for another car. Unfortunately, it took almost 20 more minutes before I finally received my incorrect order. She apologized again while delivering it to me. The wait time was unacceptable for receiving my wrong order. I'm left wondering how Popeyes plans to prevent this from happening in the future.

I waited over twenty minutes for my chicken, which is just unacceptable! The service really needs to improve.
