Siam House - Houma

I absolutely adore this restaurant! They offer the best Thai cuisine you'll find anywhere. Every item on their menu is simply outstanding! The owners are incredibly kind, and the waitstaff is equally friendly. I always feel like part of the family when I’m there.

I decided to let it go and went to pick up my food in person. When I approached the counter, she didn't acknowledge me or ask me to sign anything. At that moment, I had a lot to say, but I just wanted to get my food and leave. I asked her nicely if there were issues with the phones, but she ignored my question and wouldn’t even look at me. One of her waitresses chimed in, saying there were no problems with the phones, but the owner snapped back at her that they were busy and didn’t care. I was taken aback by her attitude. Who behaves like that? I grabbed my food and left quickly. Customers should never be treated this way.
