Always a beautiful view of the sunset here with the lively city theme.
1. Food quality is bad. Got cold fried chicken and small portion of colonel burger. Packed like roadside burgers 2. Encountered few times wrong food/missing food given even instructions are given during order 3. Delivery packaging is no good. I got spilled coke because two cokes was packed in one oversized plastic bag. 4. Slow service. One or two person on counter taking orders and preparing the food only. So if they continuously take in few orders you have to wait for long time for the food to be prepared. Meanwhile at the kitchen there are more people handling cooking. Even chit chatting and no intention to help out. Always had to wait long time to take my food. Really bad resource management 5. Food portion is no good also. Im not asking for oversized burger or chicken but at least consistently give out proper food measurements. Its like i need luck to get a good portion of food 6. Food is cooked but not properly seasoned. Hardly to feel the HOT N SPICY which should be the franchise's signature. Instead the spiciness is close to none. And as mentioned above, sometimes the chicken is cold and seem like prepared for hours and not sitting in a proper warm spot. Overall i want to give good review to kfc cause i grew up eating this. But the experience is always complaining abt services or food which is very disappointing comparing to other franchise. Or perhaps this particular branch need some management adjustments. Please take attention to this feedback.
Staff silva very bad in dealing with customers very mean
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, especially for fast food. There is only one cashier open when there should be three, and other workers do not help even when they have free time. Only one worker is serving customers, leading to a delay in placing orders. Additionally, when trying to purchase the 2pm deals at 2:03, I was told to wait until exactly 2pm, despite being after that time. The restaurant's clock was also 10 minutes slow, further delaying my order. Even when there are only a few customers, I consistently have to wait 20-30 minutes each time I visit.
