Baby Cathy in drive thru got the nastiest attitude. All I asked if I could have my gravy on the side for my famous bowl. Some of yall get heavy handed on the gravy. The No she gave me was rude. Then I asked if I can have it light. She just on the speaker. Don’t say yes or no or anything, then rudely ask if I wanted anything else as if the conversation about gravy just blew her. Then to top it off had the nerve to be texting on her phone while I’m waiting for her to tell me how much my food cost. Cathy needs some training. Matter of a fact this location needs to management judging by these reviews. Just crazy! People come to spend their hard earn money and you got an attitude. Move from out the window if you don’t want to be there. Nasty, ugly individual.
If I could give zero star I would. I joined the drive-thru line, and after placing my order, the staff rudely told me to come inside to pick up my food.
I ordered a 12 PC family meal. Added 3 PC chicken tenders. No tenders when I paid for them. Really.
Every time I place an online order, it’s never ready by the expected time. I could arrive 10 mins late and still end up waiting 10-15 minutes. And they often make mistakes on the order as well. This place always feels chaotic and understaffed and/or undertrained.
