Yenice Doga Esenyurt - Istanbul

Yenice Doğa Restaurant in Esenyurt offers Bitlis cuisine. It recently opened. We tried the traditional Bitlis dish Avşor Soup. This soup, also known as Avşor or salty water in Bitlis, is made of lamb fat and boneless meat. I liked this soup, which is similar to beyran. It seems like a food mostly consumed for breakfast, like beyran. We also ordered beyran on top of the soup. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the flavor of the beyran as much as the ones I had at Kadınlar Pazarı. The meat comes from their own farms in Kırklareli. The place is clean, service is good, and the waiters are attentive. The prices are as seen in the menu photos. Overall, I can give the restaurant a 3.5 to 4-star rating.

The service quality is low but the taste is outstanding.
