Contribuisci feedbackAll I can say is that people in the fast food service industry don't care, or aren't getting the customer service with a smile anymore. They never get the orders right and the attitude, when THEY get wrong and the customer comes in to have the ordercorrected, you are always met with attitude.
This is a picture of clean. I drive from Deridder for Whataburger in Jasper....because...IT'S A VERY WELL KEPT PLACE. It means the team or manager of this place is making sure that: 1. It's scrubbed or mopped on a a regular basis. 2. I assume theattention to detail extends into the kitchen. I know they serve a lot of people. I also know it's tough to keep clean but myfirst impression is attention to detail in dining area and around building. Friendly people! Great burgers
Whataburger in Jasper, Texas, is a great spot for a burger. The staff on duty today were very courteous and attentive. I tried the chili cheese fries for the first time, and they were quite delicious. I’d definitely order them again.
Once again, they forgot my fries. I ordered a chicken strip basket and received three strips along with some white gravy. For $6.99, I expected to get some fried potatoes as well.
Firstly, I want to mention that it took over five minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence in the drive-thru, despite there being no other cars ahead of or behind me. The staff was quite rude. When I finally received my order, my fries were tossed into the bag upside down, resulting in the entire container spilling over onto the burger. This caused grease to leak into the bag and onto the burger wrapper. Additionally, when the employee handed me my card, the receipt fell, leaving me without proof of purchase or the names of any employees. I am extremely disappointed.
