Nice staff (finally good customer service) and the smoothie is delicious!

I had the slim and trim blueberry. It was to die for..The girl behind the counter was remarkable on the efficiency of Her job for the business. From the West Coast..the sad part is why don't Oregon or Washington have Smoothie Kings Thanks

I come to this location often and it is a pretty decent Smoothie King. The only issue is that the drive thru is extremely slow. Sometimes with only 3 or 4 cars in front of me it takes 30min to get through. There's no way to pull out either if your in line,so I suggest you don't go through the drive thru if your in a rush.

Not saying this is everyone. But my experience was terrible. First I went to pay for order. It went through only partly I still has some amount due. Told them to take off some of the order so I could still get something, they said ok,, then the staff toldme that I needed to run my card again. Still declined but I checked my bank acc and the partial amount I had already paid wasalready taken out of my bank acc. Then told me there was a refund and it was going to take some time. Been over a day and andstill no refund. Then later I went to get something with a 50$ bill. And was told they don't accept those. 0 star in this caseif I could. I'm down 24.50 and didn't get any product. And wasted my time twice.

I come from stl the smoothiekings there are much better. Since being here i have been coming once to twice a week maybe more which is usual for me. Every time they never fill it all the way up. And literally 9 out of 10 times when I ask specifically fora foam cup they still put it in plastic. $10 to $12 a pop for cold watered down drink is expensive. When spending 80 to 100 amonth I would like to at least have it put in the right container to keep it from melting.
