When another girl, Alisha, came over to take my order she said I 'm sorry she 's taking so long she 's not very good at her job . I found this extremely disappointing this store needs to fix its scheduling and fire Alisha. The coffee I was severed by the other girl was great by the way 10/10.
Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Two people working but one messing with stocking and the other working super slowly. Been second in line for ten minutes…
For a corporation that supports genocide and the murder of innocent children you think they could at least make drinks right but this place charges the most for a matcha that’s not even muddled correctly. Boycott Starbucks for supporting genocide.
When I walked up there was literally nobody in line. I ordered a latte. And tipped(should 've waited to determine the tip). There were 2 people working behind the counter. The only person making drinks straight up said I 'm going for a walk ... and leaving me confused. Finally after looking around for awhile, I see another employee sitting at a table with... upper management. I continue to wonder how they fail to understand what is going on. Finally when the employee taking orders had a question, that other staff member left the table to come behind the counter and assist on the order screen. Only then was I able to inquire about my latte and finally got it after 10 minutes. Unbelievable disregard. Management sucks, they can do better.
I use to come to this Starbucks everyday when Shelly was here. Everything was perfect. The new manager Anisha, has the longest lines because she messes up drinks and has a bad attitude. She told me my drink was mostly sugar so it’s okay for it to be wrong. Save your money and go across the street or you might have to go anyways to have them fix your coffee
