Contribuisci feedbackI called and placed a to go order at 12:21pm. Was told it would be around 30 minutes. I arrived at the store at 1254pm. There was a customer ahead of me waiting on a 7 person order- no big deal. They get my name and come out to tell me they are checking on it. A little while goes by and they come to confirm what my order was- only 2 out of 4 items were ready and they had to place another order to get my other two items. By time time I received my whole order it was 146pm. Mind you- the person at the front was new. They were overwhelmed and I understand, but the food was barely warm when I received it and it was not a good experience.
Chase was an amazing waiter! Ask for Chase when you come in.

I stop in here when I'm in town. Been here maybe a dozen times and have never had bad service or bad food.
Walked in at 3pm to 2 employees leaned up at the front desk talking, noticed only 4-5 tables with customers that was it, the restaurant was over 90% empty even including the bar. We were only a party of 2 and were told that the wait would be at least 20 minutes maybe longer with literally dozens of open tables and less than 20 people in the entire restaurant, doubtful it was even 20, and when we asked why the wait we were rudely replied to with “oh we have 2 big parties right now and we would just have to wait”…….both “big parties” combined were less than 20 people but they couldn’t be disturbed by 2 more customers at 3pm in an otherwise empty restaurant…??? Completely ridiculous and unacceptable and will not go back no matter how much I do enjoy the food….walked straight in to a packed Blue Moose during shift change and was seated immediately , guess I’ll be going there for wings from now on….zero respect for the customers at Wild Wing Cafe
