THIS IS THE WORST TIM OUTLET EVER. I mean you can't serve a luke warm Iced capp. It says iced capp. Upon questioning the girl at the drive thru window as to why is it in this state?? The server responds it is made by the machine so it is what it is.I responded that this is not the right way the drink is served. She responds it depends upon the time of day one is ordering the dish. I responded that's not how it works. If you have ordered something the machine makes it you get what comes out.My response that's not how it works and not how you should respond to a customer and that stop serving the drink if your machine is not making it properly. I am not returning the drink or asking you to return my money. I am just bringing something to your knowledge as a customer so that you can fix it. She responds rudely no we won't. It is what it is.You understand this girl, you work at tims just serving already cooked food and pressing buttons on the machines to make drinks. This is as per your server's statement so why can't you bother doing it right?? Or just quit the job if you don't like customers or customer service because you are clearly horrible at it.Worst TIM HORTONS just looting people of their money. Just STUPID!!Just now called the Supervisor named Kari I am guessing same useless response. Go to some other tim store and order an iced capp and you will understand how the drink is made. Frankly, any other tim. This store is near to my house and this happens everytime. I know I will stop visiting the store that's the only option but just leaving this sweet review as IT IS WHAT IT IS.

Pull up at 920pm only to be told they don't serve food after 930pm. I understand closing prep but I wonder what the owner would think about all the business turned away because your manager want to be out right on time. I won't be back. Mary Browns is right beside them if I ever need a quick grab and go later in the evening.

Terrible terrible terrible.Right from the Manager to the kid taking out the garbage. Slow slow slow, can't seem to get the simplest of orders correct. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. One of the worst Timmy's in all of Kamloops. Don't waste your time. Money or efforts going there.

Went in to get some vanilla dip doughnuts and was told that I could only get 6 of them and I couldn’t get more. They did have more, they just wouldn’t sell them to me. I had to get a different flavour if I wanted more. Not sure who she was saving them for but I had to drive to ANOTHER tim hortons location where THEY happily filled my order for me and I was not limited to the number of vanilla dips I could buy. Very very disappointed in the customer service here. 0 out of 10 do not recommend this location. There’s one on Halston and one on 8th Ave that has much better service.
