Mozaika Beer - Karlin

As an American living in Prague, good burgers are hard to find. Successfully creative burgers are even more rare. This restaurant succeeds on both counts. My wife had a very interesting brisket burger: the meat tasted like brisket an even greater rarity here , but was shaped like a normal hamburger. I had an absolutely incredible teriyaki beef tongue burger, topped with pickled ginger like sushi is served with . Home-made fries from both potato and yucca ! completed the meal. The service was very friendly and helpful, and although the apple pie wasn 't a pie more like an apple cake, pies are something we haven 't really found here either , it was still good. My wife 's brownie ice cream were met with high praise. The only disappointment was the coffee we had with dessert, but then again, this is a burger joint, so no dashed hopes there. Will definitely be visiting again, and may bring one of my wife 's apple pies along to show them how it 's done; if this place actually served real, American-style apple pie, they 'd definitely take the cake!

Konecne restaurace, ktora ma jasne dane zameranie. Dostanete jednoduchy jedalny listok, ktory sa vojde na 1 stranu a mate na vyber z niekolkych druhov burgeru. Burgery su perfektne, skvele dochutene, stavnate. Velke plus za pivo z Pivovaru Matuska. Rezervaciu je mozne spravit i online, co ocenujem. Obsluha je skvela, velmi mila, profesionalna. Hned po jedle sme dostali doporucenie na domaci kolac, ktory bol skutocne ako od babicky. Velmi rad sa sem vratim. EDIT: Dnes som mal cestu okolo obeda, tak som prisiel vyskusat poledni menu prave sem. Bol som znovu presvedceny, ze kuchar je majster remesla a vynikajuce robi nie len burgery ale i uzasnu tomatovu polievku. Cestoviny boli tiez vynikajuce, no znova skvely zazitok a najvyssie hodnotenie je tu pravom.

A fantastic burger! The bun was fabulous. Fried pickles the best! And the 17% alcohol beer wow!
