The food is terrible, and the service is just average. I've never been particularly fond of KFC's offerings, but they really need to reconsider their chicken sandwich strategy.

Still not bad chicken. Live the extra crispy! Still has decent sides as well. The customer service....... If you don't like your job, find one you do like. You'll never be happy until you do.

The food and service here are excellent, and the place is always clean. Parking is convenient, with plenty of spots available close to the entrance. It's also very kid-friendly and welcoming to families. For those with mobility needs, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with ample space and designated tables that accommodate wheelchairs.

I didn't catch the name of the gentleman working the drive-thru today, March 4th, around 12:30 PM, but I have never encountered such a pleasant person at a drive-thru speaker in my life. He genuinely started the conversation by asking, "How are you?" instead of the typical "How can I help you?" It was a refreshing change. The food was excellent—fresh and just as I ordered it. This is the best KFC in the area!

Reasonably clean inside, and bright, but waiting 15 min. to be told my food was given away and they don't have more ready for another 15-35m and then having order made wrong besides is frustrating. Worse, the order consistently missing items from drive-thru when I don't go in. Plus side, manager is a Trekkie. Maybe he can fire the red shirts and get some Vulcans. Least they could've done was offer coupons or some freebies. Won't be back for a while, but everyone deserves another chance, so someday. Parking: Park around back for easier access. Kid-friendliness: Booths and tables afford options.
