McDonald's - King

I feel so sad this evening. I was trying to get me some McDonald and they closed… like why is the website saying they open 24/7 like you had me feeling excited. I was devastated when i arrived.

They have a phone number but I wouldn't bother calling about anything, they don't answer.

During my time working here, I noticed that the management seems indifferent about the quality of food served to customers, even if employees try to address concerns. They also neglect cleanliness; there are often roaches in the machines and rats in the back. Personally, I wouldn’t eat here—there's an 80% chance the food will be undercooked, burnt, or simply old. This isn’t representative of all McDonald's locations, but definitely applies to this one.

The restaurant is very clean and spacious, which impressed me. The only downside was that the fries were a bit too dry for my taste, but everything else was great. The staff did an excellent job of serving everyone and asked if we needed anything or if there was anything that needed fixing. I couldn't use the scanner for some reason, but we simply entered the code at a kiosk, and it worked perfectly. Overall, it was a clean place with delicious food. Thank you!

Parking: Convenient and easy to navigate with plenty of spaces available. Wheelchair Accessibility: Accessible parking spots are available and clearly marked in the lot.
