I recently visited Carl's Jr. with my mom, and she placed her order very politely and patiently. Unfortunately, the lady taking her order seemed to have an attitude right from the beginning, for no apparent reason. It was unexpected and left us feeling confused and caught off guard. While I understand that dealing with rude customers can be frustrating, it's important to appreciate and be courteous to the nice ones. It was unnecessary to behave the way she did. Additionally, despite being the only car in line, we felt rushed during the transaction. The cashier who handled our payment at the window was identified as Crystal on the receipt, but her name tag displayed Maria. It's unclear why there was a discrepancy, but if she is wearing a different name tag to mislead customers, it may suggest that the negative attitude is a common occurrence. I urge the staff to be kind and patient with customers, especially when they show patience and kindness in return. The experience was dampened by this unwarranted behavior and left a negative impression.
Soliciting donations before making your food?I declined and received a bad attitude from the drive through attendant, stale bun, no straws and no napkins. Do not eat here.
