Country Kettle Ice Cream Shoppe - Knox

We visited this restaurant yesterday to have a meal. We ordered biscuits and gravy, two iced teas, and a special. The special was advertised for $8.99, but we were charged $9.99. While the extra cost wasn't a big issue, the waitress was quite rude. The fries had an excessive amount of salt on them, and when we asked if we could exchange them for a different side like potatoes, they refused to accommodate us. It may not seem like a big deal, but little things like this add up over time and impact their profits. Every dollar counts, especially in America.

We had a family gathering with over 20 people for a birthday celebration. The waitstaff was fantastic and made the entire process very smooth. I ordered the spicy omelette for breakfast and it was delicious. Everything was excellent and we didn't receive any complaints from our group.

This restaurant offers the best breakfast and lunch options.

Service was really great. my dinner was very good, but my husband said he was fine.
