Delicious, piping hot food and quick service. You get exactly what you expect!
The food was excellent; however, the customer service provided by some staff could use improvement. Additionally, the wait times were rather lengthy. I wouldn't suggest calling ahead to place a pickup order, as there's a significant chance that your order could be wrong when you pick it up.
The restaurant is nice, but it is quite small, and the customer service could be improved.
The dining experience feels like a classic diner, with prices that are reasonable—not too cheap but not exorbitant either. The method they use to handle orders still puzzles me and could be confusing for first-time visitors. While the food didn't initially live up to the hype, I have to say it's improved lately, which is why I'm giving an extra star.
