Hungry Howie's Pizza - Waterford

Didn't even actually order anything because this howies specifically uses a answering service that's does the ordering online so no adding extra toppings to speciality pizzas. You can doubble any of the toppings already on it , but can not add anything new. This is a stupid practice for a pizza place!

I ordered three large pizzas it came to $54 when I showed up I ordered three Ranch dressings they charged me another $3. Brought the pizzas back opened up the the boxes only to discover 1/3 of the pizzas was solid crust. HUNGRY HOWIES CORPORATE SEND YOU A BOT GENERATED RESPONSE AND TELLS YOU TO CALL 888 NUMBER. THE PERSON WHO ANSWER'S SAY THEIR'SNOTHING THEY CAN DO AS EACH STORE IN INDEPENDENTLY OWNED. THEY SAY MGT. WILL GET BACK IN 24 HOURS. YOULL NEVER HEAR FROM ANYONE .

We placed an order about 30 minutes ago online, immediately called in after asking for a no regular pepperoni and just add extra old world (pepperoni duo pizza). The employee seemed like it wasn 't an issue and my husband went to the store. He paid the tab and opened the box, there were maybe 10 or so total pepperoni on the pizza, this being a pepperoni duo pizza. When he immediately asked for a refund out of total disbelief, the cocky employee said you didn 't want pepperoni when you called while being totally disrespectful and sarcastic. I so wish he took a picture. It was a cheese pizza with a few random pepperoni. We have ordered minimum 50 times here in the last 3 years since moving to the location. Sad we will have to use jets, dominos, or the local party store in the future.

Ordered online for a pick up after a long day. Status at 9:41pm stated my order was ready. I walk in at 10pm. Stood at the counter. No one spoke/greeted, acknowledged nor walked up to the counter until 10:10pm. The individual yelled a name then proceeded to reach around me to hand another customer a box. Never addressed. No eye contact. Nod. NOTHING. PLEASE improve. Not returning to the franchise.
