Took a 330 dollars damages from us and only returned 230 he tears you off rent a room elsewhere not recommended 0 stars

Never again! What a dirty disgusting place! I heard all night that the vehicles are blowing with loud music and people knock on doors! No smoke alarm in the room, how does this place remain open?? They even offered me a room that could only be closed from the inside?! Completely broken up now and will never recommend this place to everyone!

There is no zero for rating that is sad that the level of service I have received. It won't be back soon.

The chicken fingers were still pink for me and my friend. Instead of charging us for food we couldn't eat because they didn't cook it completely, they accused us of the full price of food and a hot chocolate from each of our bills (I didn't even have a hot chocolate, my daughter). It won't go back when they deal with THEIR errors. It was a children's dinner with extra chicken and I still paid for my pop and there weren't many fries. At least we should have paid only for Pommes and Gravy, because this is all we could eat. Or the offer to cook us new chicken would have been a choice. A free hot chocolate does not cover what I paid for a full meal I could not eat.

Memories..was playing a gig here when the first gulf war broke....watching the initial bombing was a sombre moment for sure ...im pretty sure we all wanted to be home right then...
