Just ordered a double double and a cheese biscuit by drive through , I clearly told her on the speaker that I want the cheese biscuit WARMED UP,But while got to the pick up window, I saw an ugly girl wearing black, she gave me the coffee and went back inside.Yea, she forgot warm up the biscuit,She came back quickly and still the biscuit was cold so I asked her again and she was insisting it is warm but was lying...After waste of my time she came back with a cheese biscuit correctly warmed up.Matter less of the industry that employees are working, these individuals are poisons for any business.
