They do not oblige to the rewards program so be advised if you use the program that your points will not register and you are unable to redeem any rewards you have available. The bathrooms do not have soap to wash your hands. All in all the worst 7 eleven in the area. I would recommend going to a different location if in the Lakeland area.
This is the most unprofessional 7 11 I have ever encountered. I understand they may contend with a large homeless population, but they have grown to be just as apathetic as those they fake to serve.I will happily drive my companies vehicles over to Circle K frim here on out.No service, no communication, no care..Maybe after your doing your deposits and detouring your customers you can get to serving those who keep you in business.
Prepaid for gas three times. Twice the cashiers screwed up a simple request. Asked for pump 4, was filling up, and she came running outside to tell me I said pump 5 and made me stop...so didn't get what I wanted. Then asked for $50 next time, and got $15. They are too busy pushing the rewards program and not trying to listen. Pretty pathetic to get this wrong twice within a few weeks.
My Experience their great Friendly environment manager name John fantastic gentleman with great customer service thank u
B-U-Y-E-R B-E-W-A-R-E!!!This store does not honor posted prices on items. When they ring up items, they are a higher price than posted on the shelf. The clerk is trained to say I don 't control the prices, I just work here and the manager will refuse to give you the time of day. When you are persistent, he comes out and tells you he doesn 't have to honor the prices on the shelf and that they change daily, and threatens to have you trespassed from the store. I watched this happen to 2 people in front of me in line with everything from donuts to bottled sodas, and then it happened to myself. They had this sign clearly posted on the cooler door, and when I went to checkout, they tried to charge me almost $10 for 2 white claw black cherry seltzers (Advertised as 2 for $6.50). I also tried to purchase a pint of milk (which shelf price said was $3.99) and it rang up $4.99, and again the manager told me basically to go pound sand. I ended up driving to the 7-11 on S. Florida Ave and Frank Lloyd Wright, and the same bottle of milk was $2.39. This location will rip you off and not feel any remorse.
