Cinnabon - Laughlin

I tried to order a roll for $6.50 and asked how long they had been sitting out. The staff member said they had just taken them out, but when I asked how long ago, she seemed reluctant to answer. I asked because the last roll I had at a different casino was rock hard. I really just wanted an honest response. In the end, I opted for yogurt instead.

The employees need to be completely replaced. They don?t care at all. No wonder there is a hiring sign up. Make sure you take your time interviewing you need a whole new staff.

Fast service and courteous staff. The prices are somewhat high, but that's typical for a casino. The cinnamon rolls were delicious and served warm.

My husband and I both ordered a cinnamon roll, and we hadn't eaten anything else. Within an hour, we both became ill with food poisoning! It seems the cinnamon rolls must have been contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus. I would advise caution if you decide to eat here.

The lady who helped us today was rude. Bad attitude not sure if she had a rude guest ahead of us or if she was having a bad day.. but really bad service. Cinnabon was not even warmed up.. hard as a rock. Very disappointed
