La Table d'Edgard - Lausanne

This is an elegant restaurant with some of the best service that I have had in recent years (and I have eaten at several other restaurants with one or more Michelin stars). The view of the lake and mountains from the dining room is lovely. The tasting menu from start to finish was creative, tasty, and picturesque. The wine list is impressive with some very special small production Swiss white and red wines (and a few roses) as well as some very carefully selected excellent wines from other parts of the wine making world. I would like to note that the table service was extraordinary, well orchestrated, friendly, and seamless. I am already looking forward to my next visit! Kudos to the chef and the impressive waiting team!
