L'auberge De La Forge - Lavalette

We ate once on site and took another time during the containment, and as much as we told you that we were not disappointed. Very refined dishes (even to take away) with seasonal products, the setting is very pleasant, with a warm and intimate atmosphere. A restaurant that deserves more customers.

We reserve ourselves for the first time, a menu of the day of the year to take away, it was a deluge of flavors, a remarkable finesse, it was not obvious to warm a poached foie gras, and yet it was of a disconcerting ease. Long reopening...!!!!

A charming little village 20mns from Toulouse, a pretty brick house, a simple interior with an emblematic and central monument, the forge that gave its name to the restaurant. A pretty small sheltered terrace, high walls in dry and brick stones, and small tables for lunch. Here's the set. A young couple, both from good Parisian tables and who have taken over and modernized this sign. 4 or 3 dishes are offered, very fine, very tasteful elaborated with local products. I join you the pictures that speak of themselves and do not demente what they show, it lacks the mouthing that I did not photograph. A good table, value for money. Go and taste, you'll come back.
