Contribuisci feedbackI waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to be turned away when my son and I reached the front because they had closed just one minute earlier.
The banana split I ordered came without any toppings. When I inquired about it, the staff member simply replied, "We don’t have any." I believe it would have been more appropriate for them to offer an alternative. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
The experience was disappointing. After waiting in a long line for a Blizzard, it arrived completely melted. Even the girl at the window asked another employee how long it had been sitting there. They handed it to us, but without any napkins. It was a messy situation, and overall, we were quite let down.
The waitress took a while to take our order; she just stared at us for about a minute before finally asking what we wanted. When my Blizzard arrived, it was overflowing quite a bit, and I had to scoop off the excess from the sides.
The service was fantastic, and the food and drinks were excellent. Preston was particularly helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back!
