Contribuisci feedbackTopservice vanuit HQ in Leeuwarden. De card die we hadden gekregen bleek een krasje te hebben op magneetstrip. Hierover vriendelijk te woord gestaan door Kim die er voor zorgde dat we de volgende dag een nieuwe card per post kregen. Chapeau.
Na herhaalde malen contact te hebben gehad zou er eindelijk iemand op 21 december 2018 om 14.00 uur komen om de tegoedbonnen af te leveren. Helaas om 15.00 uur was er nog niemand, ik bellen en mailen tot op heden niets venomen. Jammer had dit bedrijf toch hoger ingeschat.
Perfect geregeld!
