Customer service had no issues with the cashier… for what I ordered, food took a bit too long to be ready which I’ve never had experienced at a Dunkin donuts before. The wraps that I got tasted like plastic and I’ve never had that issue at any other location. This location lacks on maintenance and

This is the worst Dunking I know. Besides the bad costumer service, they ALWAYS make my drink different or they just give me what they want. Its the closest to me and I try to stay away as much as I can, but when I go hoping they have new management and the same measurements on my coffee as all the other Dunkin's … Its a big Fail again.If you are not in a hurry and need a Dunkin' coffee go to the one in Homer by Bell rd. Coffee is good there and the service is great.

I waited for the drive thru for 10 minutes and left without coffee because she preferred to talk to another customer at the window and I heard it all on the loudspeaker. I will never go back there.

Always get my coffee at this location! Cynthia is always happy to serve and always has a good attitude!

If zero stars were an option. Arguably the worst customer service someone can receive. This location always seems like a disaster. As convenient as this location is, we will not be returning.
