Contribuisci feedbackI waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and ended up leaving without my coffee because the employee chose to chat with another customer at the window. I could hear everything on the loudspeaker. I will never return to that place.
They get my order wrong a lot. I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with milk on the mobile app yesterday and they forgot the syrup completely. I didn't have time to go back since I was on my way to work, but I stopped by this morning to see if I could get syrup to add to it. The two ladies working remade the coffee for me, which I appreciated.
I go to this particular Dunkin 2-4 times a week due to it being close to my job. I get the same thing and the same woman every morning is rude. Yelling at the other staff. It’s literally 620am and she is being mean. She gets upset when they make my stuff wrong and I ask her to fix it. I literally get the same thing everyday. I think she is the manager. They need new help. I will definitely be finding a different Dunkin in the area.
While it has a store front it is always closed. The drive thru is hit or miss what they have in stock. The Lockport location is 5 stars compared to this one.
The customer service was fine, and I had no problems with the cashier. However, the food took longer to be prepared than I'm used to at Dunkin' Donuts. The wraps I ordered had a strange, plastic-like taste, which I've never encountered at any other location. This particular location seems to be in need of better maintenance.
