I came to Lincoln with my girlfriend because it was her birthday and we decided to have dinner in Pub Fish and Chips because they were the only fish and chips open. We were disappointed by our experience and we will start our business from now on elsewhere. I came to pick up our order after the order on the phone and when I arrived, the lady who looked like the manager stared at me just rudely when I approached the counter. I asked if I was standing there for pick-up orders because there was no sign and she swore and rolled her eyes and said, "What is your name?" She looked completely disassociated and careless and slowly made her way into the register to finish the order. We ordered 4 pieces Halibut fish and chips without Coleslaw and extra vinegar / salmon and as we in our hotel to open the box, it had Coleslaw, no vinegar / salmon and about 15 small hairs we paid $19 for (the menu lists this item as $17 so we were apparently extra calculated). When I called to make the restaurant aware, a lady answered. When I told her that I was disappointed in my order, she was still for a while and then offered a basket of fries with a careless sound. Fish and chips are under the title of their name, and the fish was mediocre and there was a funny small amount of frits to balance it. With the competition out there I am surprised that they survive with this and their creepy customer service. I wouldn't push it so far to write a review, but it's my girlfriend's birthday and not getting the order right is one thing, but their customer service skills are so bad that I wanted to write something.
