Café Bomba - Asheville

Literally the best breakfast I’ve had in years! Everything was super fresh and cooked perfectly!

The one who has a store that serves it. The waiter is not attentive to customers. The cashier has to do everything while talking to friends. They don't clean the counter and they don't have dishes like cakes or sweets to have with coffee and they send people an old Europe or green sage. Also, it is almost always closed when there are a lot of people walking and other restaurants and cafes are open. If you are the owner of this place please pay attention to your business.

Café Bomba is the Bomb! We were here in the winter during a visit to the Biltmore Estate. We walked over to Café Bomba from our air bnb. We got there just in time because after us there was a long wait for tables. Every bite we had was perfection. Arepas were authentically prepared and flavorful. Our only regret was that we found Cafe Bomba on our last day! Otherwise we must certainly would have returned.
