Zaxby's - Little Rock

I have been to this location of zaxbys many times. every single time i go there is terrible service and rudenesss at the window, and always is a whole deal for them to understand a simple order. recently i have been receiving my wings with hardly any sauce on them. i love the food when it is made right but the service i have received in the past few months has really turned me off of this location

Maybe they were expecting a Friday evening rush or something, but I didn't understand why they had a person standing out hand taking orders instead of just letting the cars go to the ordering stand next to the menu board. All she had was a paper menu with the items on it, no pictures, nothing special. We aren't a frequent visitor so we weren't sure what we wanted. Probably would have ordered more had we seen the board and limited time fried pickle special. Quit trying to be like that other chicken place. You stand alone just fine.

Pull up to speaker she said someone will be with you in a moment. Waited 5 minutes. Nothing. Said hello, lady said she?ll be out to take your order. No one is out here. She said drive back around. Then I had to wait in line all over again. After all that, they were out of what I wanted.

Good food, less than good service, and grossly underclean. My husband and I just got through with a late lunch. It 's almost 2:00p on 11/27/22. When we walked in some young girl took our order very rudely. Here or takeout? What you want? Name? The soda machine was not clean, table a light above were dusty. The door glass had not been clean in I don 't know how long. Everyone working there was so loud, I could hardly carry-on a conversation with company. Why do I need to hear them. Over all, not a pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic experience with the service. During my visit yesterday, I was in a bit of a rush in the drive-thru. I placed my order for a sandwich, but it turns out they mistakenly gave me a different one. However, when I got home, I discovered I ended up with an extra sandwich! The staff were great and very understanding throughout the process.
