Martin's Corporate Office - Mableton

The Hwy 5 location in Douglasville is horrible they have long lines during the work week. they take 10 minutes per person before the take your order. One working is watching the cars as she eat her breakfast while the other one take the order, make the food and drinks and past out the food. This is before 6 a.m. just unprofessional and they are losing money hand over fist as people drive off and go somewhere else!

I cannot speak for every location in Georgia . However, the location in Norcross, Ga. The manager Kerry at this location deserve a reward. Martins had lines around the building August 28th and he jumped on register completed orders swiftly and accurate. He trained all his employees well with awesome customer service like himself.... Went to Kennesaw store and the worst server took my order. Her name was Brittany according to ticket. She was rude, nasty and very short. They need to replace this person.

I visited the drive-thru for lunch today and ended up waiting in line for over 20 minutes. I was then told that there were no onions available for the hot dogs. When I got home and opened my meal, I found that the ketchup on the hot dogs was spoiled, so I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. This location really needs a thorough cleaning both inside and out.

I visited your restaurant on Austell Rd this morning at 6:15 AM. I went into the men's restroom to wash my hands, and it appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. This raised concerns about the cleanliness of the entire establishment.
