Big Pom - Mannheim

Only wanting something light for dinner, I gave Big Pom a try. I ordered the special which is chips, ketchup, mayo and onions (either fresh or roasted). The roasted onions are the crispy onions that you can buy as a sandwich / salad topper in the supermarket rather than freshly roasted.The chips are freshly cooked, nice and thick rather than stringy fries and taste good - crispy outside, fluffy inside and the special works really well.

As someone who loves fries, it is hard to pass by this place and not get anything. They offer a good selection of fries which are often fried fresh to order. A fun place to go if you ever get the craving for fries.

In Big Pom kann man immer die beste Pommes in Mannheim essen! Es ist auch sehr günstig, man muss aber besonders am Mittag ein bisschen warten, da es ofters Schlangen gibt.

Für den kleinen/großen Hunger auf etwas richtig deftiges und es auch noch schnell gehen soll, ist Big Pom genau das richtige. Inmitten der Fußgängerzone der Mannheimer Innenstadt kann man hier verschiedenste Arten von frittierten Kartoffeln bekommen und einer noch größeren Auswahl an Soßen und Gewürzen.Der Imbiss bietet lediglich Straßenverkauf an und hat zwei, drei Tische mit Schirmen vor der Verkaufsstelle. Der Service ist meist relativ lieblos, aber schon ganz in Ordnung - wie bei vielen Imbissbuden eben.

Leckere Pommes!　マルクト広場の近くにあるフライドポテト屋さん。量が多くていつも温かいフライドポテトが食べられます。特に冬に食べるポテトは美味しいです。
