Contribuisci feedbackWhat has happened to this place?! I've been a regular since they opened, and it was fantastic at first. However, our last two visits have been very disappointing. They were short-staffed, and we had to wait over 15 minutes to be served, despite only a couple of people ahead of us. They were extremely stingy with the basic ingredients; I got maybe a teaspoon of ground beef on my son's burrito and very little chicken on mine. They were scraping the containers because they were out of ingredients like cilantro and corn. To make matters worse, the employee tossed a few cookie crumbs into a bag, as they were seemingly out of cookies too, and then mentioned they didn’t have any juice boxes for the kids’ meals, yet still charged full price. I won’t be coming back. It’s a shame because I was just one stamp away from filling up my third loyalty card!
When it first opened, this restaurant was fantastic and the food was delicious. However, over the past few months, the quality of the food has declined significantly, becoming greasy and poorly prepared. It also appears that management is lacking, and the employees don’t seem to be treated well. The managers appear to be quite out of touch with the situation.
The customer service was lacking, and the delivery took excessively long. I ultimately decided to visit the restaurant in person, where I ended up waiting for 15 minutes. I could hear someone making noise in the kitchen, but no one came out to help me. It was clear that the staff was quite laid-back and didn’t appear to take their duties seriously.
I was really excited to try this restaurant for the first time because they advertised a variety of gluten-free options. However, when I went in to order a gluten-free quesadilla, neither of the staff members knew how to make it, as they admitted they had never prepared one before. A third staff member then mentioned that they didn’t actually have a gluten-free quesadilla, despite it being listed on their menu. While the staff were friendly and seemed to be doing their best, I think the primary issue is with management and training. I also noticed another employee struggling to take an order and asking multiple questions, including how to roll a burrito. Overall, improved training and better management could greatly enhance the experience at this restaurant.
The food seems to be of good quality, and the prices are fair, but there are major problems with the seasoning and flavor. Everything in my burrito was bland—the rice, beans, meat, and sauce. Overall, it was a letdown and failed to generate any excitement or cravings.
