It has a clean environment and hardworking staff. But its parking is on the 2nd floor with a steep spiral slope. My car got stuck on one of the pillars of the parking lot and was damaged. محیط تمیز و کارکنان پرتلاش دارد. اما پارکینگ آن با یک شیب تند مارپیچی در طبقه ۲ است. خودروی من به یکی از ستونهای پارکینگ گیر کرد و خسارت دید.

Hi Now that I am describing the hotel, I am staying in a hotel. The fan coil is working but the room is cold. The valves are not lever and are generally old. It may have been 3 stars a day, but now it is 2 stars compared to other hotels. The only positive thing is that it is located on a good street. If you do not have a good pheromone hand, parking is exciting. با سلام الان که دارم هتل رو توصیف می کنم در هتل اقامت دارم. فن کوئل داره کار می کنه اما اتاق سرده. شیرآلات اهرمی نیست و کلا قدیمیه. شاید به روزی ۳ ستاره بوده اما الان در مقایسه با سایر هتل های همطراز ۲ ستاره است. تنها نکته مثبت اینکه در خیابان خوبی قرار گرفته. اگر دست فرمون خوبی ندارید پارکینگ هیجان انگیزی داره.

Hi Regarding my one-week stay in this hotel, I have to say that under no circumstances should you choose this hotel for your stay, and if you are forced to do so, I suggest that you prepare yourself to enter a hotel with the least facilities and amenities. Negative points that can be mentioned: 1. The very disrespectful attitude of the hotel staff so that they are all indebted to the passengers the elevator was broken the night before and the hotel officials did not make any effort to repair it and we had to bring our luggage and belongings down the four-story stairs and no one from the hotel staff It didn't help, and instead of asking for help, they told me that it's easy to get down, bring it yourself 2. Upon arrival, one shampoo and soap will be delivered to each person, and if you request shampoo and soap, they will charge you extra. 3. The rooms are very old, the bed is noisy, the ventilation is very inadequate, the noise of the adjacent rooms can be felt completely in the room, the bathroom is extremely awful. 4. Awful parking lot with a small capacity, half of the parking lot is littered and my suggestion to you is that even if the parking lot was empty, don't go in because you won't be able to get up safely. Original با سلام در رابطه با اقامت یک هفته ای که در این هتل داشتم جا داره بگم به هیچ عنوان این هتل رو برای اقامت انتخاب نکنید و اگر به ناچار مجبور به اینکار شدید پیشنهاد میکنم خودتون رو برای ورود به یک هتل با کمترین امکانات و رفاه آماده کنید. نکات منفی که قابل ذکر هست: ۱. برخورد بسیار ناپسند کارکنان هتل بطوری که تماما از مسافران طلبکار هستند روز تخلیه آسانسور از شب قبل خراب شده بود و مسئولین هتل هیچ تلاشی برای تعمیر نکردند و ما مجبور شدیم چمدان و وسائل خودمون رو با پله چهار طبقه بیاریم پایین و هیچکس از پرسنل هتل کمکی نکرد و در مقابل در خواست کمک به من گفتند پایین اومدن راحته خودتون بیارید ۲. در بدو ورود به ازای هر نفر یک شامپو و صابون تحویل میشه و اگه درخواست شامپو و صابون بکنید از شما هزینه ی اضافی میگیرند. ۳. اتاق ها بسیار قدیمی، تخت پر صدا، تهویه بسیار نا مناسب، سر و صدای اتاق های مجاور کاملا در اتاق احساس میشه، سرویس بهداشتی بی نهایت افتضاح. ۴. پارکینگ افتضاح که ظرفیتش کمه نصف پارکینگ ضایعات ریختن و پیشنهاد من به شما اینه حتی اگه پارگینگ خالی بود داخل نرید چون سالم نمیتونید بیاید بالا.

I live currently in the united states and I was living in many hotels in my, in the ground I have in more than 20 countries like italy, frankly, Germany, Spain, china, russia and etc. my family and I had to stay here for 10 days and we did not see that a thing went wrong. Not only did nothing go wrong, but everything was absolutely perfect. we used the breakfast buffet and the restaurant every day. the breakfast buffet variety was good, but the quality was great that all the jams, butter, saw and cheese were made home. also the menu of the restaurant variant was good and the quality was great, but they delivered everything we asked, although not in the menu! Surprisingly, this was the only hotel in the iran that was the faculty absolutely professional. Although I had an operation and we needed special care and services, they offered the best things that were possible. long story short, the hotel is great and the faculty are fantastic, they will do everything, that is their responsibility or not to stay as comfortable as possible.
