Pizza Hut - Middleton

We order delivery every Friday as a weekly treat. It's honestly the highlight at the end of what sometimes feels like a very long tunnel. The big New Yorker is our go to because my spouse is a New Yorker who misses floppy slices but I prefer Detroit style Pizza Hut has a really good pan pizza so we can both be happy.

Worst pizza hut. Ordered pizza online. Got an email that the pizza will be ready in 20 minutes for pick up. Went here to pick up in 20 minutes. Pizza was not ready and they asked me wait for couple of minutes. Waited for another 15 minutes and the pizza was still not ready and they asked me wait further. I also heard the guy screaming bad words inside the kitchen area, not sure if he was yelling at his co-workers. I asked them to cancel the order and left and will never go back there again. There were around 4 other drivers came while I was waiting and didn't see anyone getting their food when they left.

I order carry out from this location regularly and have always had a good experience in the time, service, friendliness, and quality of the food. Food is always delicious.
